Founded in 1994 in Xiantao City, Hubei Province with a registered capital of RMB 6 million, Hubei Huanyu Chemical Co., Ltd. ( “the Company”) is mainly specialized in the production and sales of organic silicon products (including silicone sealant, building waterproof materials and road waterproof materials) and import & export of goods or technology; house waterproof and leak-proof technology, road jointing, waterproof treatment, etc.

Covering an area of 30 mu, Xiantao Plant Area is located in Nancheng Industry Park of Xiantao City. It has more than 100 sets of main production equipment with total assets of RMB 30 million and 65 employees; the new plant area will be built at No. 12 Road, Yuekou Industry Park, Tianmen City with the investment amount of RMB 100 million. With 110 mu land and planned capacity of over 120 sets of production equipment, the plant is expected to be put into production in November 2019.

Since its establishment, the Company has been adhering to the corporate culture spirit of “scientific and technological innovation and talent-oriented” and is committed to R & D and production of more environmentally friendly and economical new silicon materials with the business philosophy of “integrity, innovation, green and environmental protection”. The Company has established in-depth cooperative relationship with Wuhan University of Technology and other colleges and universities and has advanced experimental research equipment and the top technical R & D team in the industry. With strong independent R & D ability, the Company had 12 patents, including 9 invention patents, as of 2018.

The Company’s main products include silicone cross-linked series, catalyst series, asphalt pavement maintenance series, building waterproof series and sealant series, all of which are recognized as “industrial condiment” and widely applied to various industries such as automobiles, buildings, electronics, highways, ships, ports, airports and cultural relics, and belong to encouraged products specified in the structure adjustment catalogue of National Development and Reform Commission and could play a vital role in promoting economic and social development. The Company’s standard is recognized as industry standard by Ministry of Transport, the products are recognized as Key Products Promoted in the “11^th Five-Year Plan”, “National Key New Products” and the Company has won many prizes such as “the 3^rd Prize of Science and Technology Progress of Hubei Province”, “National High-tech Enterprise” and implementation enterprise of National Torch Program.
